I'm a Senior DevOps Engineer specializing in DevSecOps. At Wells Fargo, I led operations management for Azure DevOps pipelines serving ~800 applications, coordinating with Engineering and an offshore off-hours team while consistently meeting a 90%+ SLA.

I worked alongside a team of Artifactory engineers to provision JFrog Artifactory for every application team, and contributed to migrating application secrets to HashiCorp Vault and Azure Key Vault and pipelines from TFS to GitHub Actions. Covered primary and backup on-call (2 of every 6 weeks) for a team averaging 80–100 incidents a month, detecting failure spikes with Elastic alerts, responding via xMatters, and managing changes and incidents in ServiceNow.

Resolved escalated build, deployment, and integration failures across Azure DevOps Server and a custom framework (GitHub Actions/Jenkins CI; GitHub Actions, UCD, or Harness CD).

Migration

Guided ~10% of application teams one-on-one through the cutover and kept the rest self-sufficient with migration guides and Jira support, while running legacy Azure DevOps pipelines in parallel.

100% of secrets moved to Vault

Contributed to two migrations that moved all application secrets from a legacy portal into HashiCorp Vault, then Azure Key Vault. Built REST API tooling that inventoried secret variables to scope the effort.

Delivered compliance-mandated adoption for all application teams with a team of Artifactory engineers, provisioning local, virtual, and remote repositories, RBAC policies, and Docker registries, and migrating artifacts from TFS-Git.

Automated configuration audits and changes across thousands of Azure DevOps pipelines with a PowerShell framework. Also authored 30+ Confluence guides that enabled self-service troubleshooting.

Architected a continuous-deployment platform for on-demand virtual server provisioning, automating CI/CD with IBM UrbanCode Deploy and Jenkins for cross-functional teams. Wrote bootstrapping and hardening scripts for IBM Cloud (SoftLayer).
